Our charming Villa is a spacious frescoed three story eighteenth century building, surrounded by gardens, woods and olive trees, set in the countryside just outside the gorgeous town of Amelia.  The estate is set on a peaceful hill and has a beautiful view on the surrounding hills and valleys.  The villa is set just a few kilometers from the highway and it is just an hour away from Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Foligno and Spoleto.  The surroundings also offer a vast array of activities, from hiking, to horseback riding, to rowing boats.  Or, just kick off your shoes, lay back by the pool and enjoy the sunny weather !
