Villa Clementini, just outside of Amelia is available to rent for your holidays or for a single event.  The amazing property is just an hour away from Rome, Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi and Foligno. The house features five spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests.  All rooms are finely decorated and comfortable.   The house also has a lot of large rooms and bathrooms and gardens that make it a perfect venue for a special occasion. 

The villa is provided with a great number of facilities, such as a dishwasher, a barbeque, a washing machine, 4 smart TVs with a complimentary Netflix account, central heating,  two working fireplaces,  Wifi internet connection, iron and ironing board, hair dryers.

Rates for the Villa :

The villa is available from a minimum of 4 nights, with a 20% weekly discount.  Prices are for the entire property.  The rates include: linen and consumptions.  The cleaning fee is 200€ una tantum.  Prices to rent are the following:

 

Available for the summer season starting 1st of May 2023  to the 11th of June: 1'086€/night - 6'000€/week

112th of June  2023 - 17th of September 2023: 1'180€/night - 6'600€/week

18th of September 2023 to 31st of September 2023 : 1'086€/night - 6'000€/week

Rates for the Large Farmhouse apartment :

The farmhouse is available from a minimum of 4 nights, with a 20% weekly discount.  The cleaning fee is 100€ una tantum.  

Prices to rent are the following:

 

1st of November 2022 to 18th of December 2022 : 570€/night - 3'200€/week

19th of December 2022 - 8th of January 2023 : 614€/night - 3'440€/week

9th of January 2023 - 31st of March 2023 : 570€/night - 3'200€/week

1st of April - 11th of June 2023 : 614€/night - 3'440€/week

12th of June 2023 - 17th of September 2023 : 671€/night - 3'760€/week

Rates for the Small Farmhouse apartment :

The Small Farmhouse is available from a minimum of 4 nights, with a 20% weekly discount.  Cleaning fee is 50€ una tantum.  Prices to rent are the following:

1st of November 2022 to 18th of December 2022 : 125€/night - 700€/week

19th of December 2022 - 8th of January 2023 : 161€/night - 900€/week

9th of January 2023 - 31st of March 2023 : 125€/night - 700€/week

1st of April - 11th of June 2023 : 143€/night - 800€/week

12th of June 2023 - 17th of September 2023 : 161€/night - 900€/week

We are also available to assist with any other needs, so please contact us and we can arrange daily or weekly house cleaning, grocery shopping for your arrival, and we highly recommend our great cook that can come in upon request and prepare exceptional typical meals.

The venue is also available for weddings, parties or any type of private event.  The rates are of 4'000 € for the night and there are no time restrictions.  We can also help you find a wedding planner or a catering, so please don't hesitate to ask!
